Method Of Awarding: The Awarding Party Announces The Public Procurement On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 2, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act Through A Public Competition. On The Basis Of Art. 178, Para. 4 Of The Labor Code, In The Event Of Circumstances That Require An Urgent Award Of An Order, Which Is Why It Is Impossible To Comply With The Standard Term Under Para. 2, The Contracting Authority Sets A Shortened Deadline For Receiving Bids Of 10 (Ten) Days From Sending The Public Procurement Notice For Publication On The Cais Eop Platform.Reasons For Urgency According To Art. 178, Para. 5 In Connection With Art. 178, Para. 4 Of The Ppa:The Timely Finalization Of The Procedure Within The Current Financial Year Is A Mandatory Condition For The Legal Financial And Accounting Reporting Of The Earmarked Funds For 2026 In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Public Finances. The Application Of The Standard 20-Day Period Would Objectively Lead To The Completion Of The Order After The End Of The Budget Year, Which Legally Prevents The Absorption Of The Financial Resource Approved For The Period. Carrying Out The Procedure With A Shortened Deadline Guarantees The Strict Fulfillment Of The Commitments Made Under The Collective Labor Agreement And Supports The Rhythmic Functioning Of The Medical Facility In Ensuring The Specific 24/7 Work Regime Of The Medical Teams. The Above-Described Organizational And Technological Factors Constitute Objective Circumstances Within The Meaning Of The Law, Which Require Quick Action And Justify The Lawful Application Of The 10-Day Shortened Period According To Art. 178, Para. 4 Of The Zop.3. Estimated Value:The Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement, Calculated In Accordance With The Rules Of The Public Procurement Act, Represents Only The Remuneration (Commission) Of The Contractor (Operator) For The Performance Of The Service Of Manufacturing, Delivery And One-Time Software Loading Of The Electronic Media. It Is Determined Exclusively As A Percentage Of The Nominal Value Of The Vouchers And Amounts To A Maximum Of 1.00% (One Percent) Excluding Vat Of The Total Nominal Value. Offers That Offer A Rate Of Remuneration (Commission) Above 1.00% Will Be Removed From Participation On The Basis Of Art. 107 Of The Civil Code As Not Meeting The Pre-Announced Conditions.​​​​​​​
