Extraordinary Repair Service For Cat Electric Motors.The Object Of This Contract Is To Have A Contractor With The Means, The Personnel, The Experience And The Technical Capacity Sufficient To Carry Out In The Long Term, At The Request Of The Tarragona Water Consortium (From Now On Cat), The Service Of Diagnosis And Extraordinary Repair Of The Electric Motors Included Within The Scope Of The Contract, Mainly Medium Voltage Motors At 6 Kv Associated With The Pumping Stations And Production And Distribution Facilities Of The Cat. The Actions Subject To The Contract Will Include, Depending On The Needs Of Each Intervention, The Diagnosis Of The Breakdown, Collection And Transport Of The Motors, Inspection And Disassembly, Electrical And Mechanical Tests, Repair, Recovery, Machining Or Replacement Of The Affected Components, Work On Windings, Balancing, Assembly, Verifications And Final Tests, Tests Of Operation, Supply Of Spare Parts And Necessary Materials, Return Of Repaired Equipment And, When Required, Assembly, Verification Or Commissioning Actions At Cat Facilities, As Well As The Preparation Of The Corresponding Technical Documentation. The Service Is Entirely Configured In A Work-On-Demand Mode, Without Any Fixed Part Or Guaranteed Minimum Work Volume. The Actions Will Be Carried Out Exclusively When They Are Required By The Cat And In Accordance With The Scope Previously Approved For Each Intervention. The Contract Is Proposed In A Single Lot, Given The Existing Functional Unit Between The Actions Of Diagnosis, Repair, Verification And Guarantee Of The Electric Motors, As Well As The Convenience Of Having A Single Technical Manager For Each Intervention.
