Administrative Contract For The Improvement Of The Air Conditioning Installation And Air Renovation Of The Sant Bernabé De Berga Residence, With Urgent Processing.The Object Of This Contract Is To Solve The Problems Of Air Conditioning And Air Conditioning And Air Renovation Of The Sant Bernabé Residence To Adapt It To The Regulations In Force That Apply To It And To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Equipment. It Is Also Intended To Provide The Center With An Electricity Generation System Independent Of The Grid Through A Photovoltaic Solar Installation Of Self-Consumption And Of A Generator (Electrogen Group) To Face Emergency Cases Due To Lack Of Supply From The Network. The Reform Consists Of A Partial Action On The Existing Thermal And Energy Installations Of The Residence For The Elderly, With The Purpose Of Improving Their Functionality, Energy Efficiency And Adequacy To Current Regulations.
