The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Social And Sanitary Facilities Of The Sports Hall And The Kitchen At The Primary School In Siary, Located At Siary 29, 38-307 Siary, In Order To Restore Them To Their Original Condition. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Demolition Of Wall Cladding Made Of Tiles, 2) Tearing Off Old Floor Layers, 3) Cutting Out And Replacing Door Joinery While Maintaining The Existing Structural Openings (Construction Walls), 4) Dismantling The Electrical And Sanitary Installations Together With The Approaches, 5) Construction Of A New Sanitary Sewage System, Water And Electrical Installations Together With A Call Installation Within The Sanitary Facilities For The Disabled, 6) Construction Of New Floor Layers, 7) Construction Of Partition Walls And Brickwork, 8) Installation Of New Plasters, 9) Installation Of New Cladding Layers And Paint Coatings, 10) Installation Of New Door Joinery, External Aluminum Doors, Glazed Warm Doors And Internal Doors, 11) Installation Of Sanitary And Electrical Equipment, 12) Replacement Of Central Heating Radiators, 13) Replacement Of Gravity Ventilation Grilles And Ventilation Forced.2. The Contractor Must Provide A Warranty For The Completed Building For At Least 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.
