The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 3266D On The Section From Km 0+310 To Km 1+110 In The Town Of Nowy Waliszów - Stage Ii [Flood - September 2024], In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Drawing Documentation, Auxiliary Cost Estimate And Designed Provisions Of The Contract.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory, Measurement And Demolition Works As Well As Organization And Marking Of The Construction Site; 2) Execution Of Earthworks, Including Trenching, Excavations, Profiling, Compaction Of The Subsoil And The Construction Of Necessary Backfills And Embankments; 3) Construction And Reconstruction Of Road Drainage Devices, Including Culverts, Manholes, Drains, Sewage And Reinforcements Of Inlets And Outlets; 4) Construction And Strengthening Of The Structure Road Surfaces, Including Substructures, Widenings, Passing Areas And Exits;5) Construction Of Road Surfaces, Exits, Widenings And Passing Areas Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures And Surfaces Made Of Stone Cubes;6) Construction And Strengthening Of Roadsides And Works Related To Cleaning, Profiling And Maintenance Of Ditches;7) Construction Of Road Traffic Safety Elements, Including Protective Railings And Vertical Markings;8) Execution Of Finishing Works, Reconstruction And Clean-Up;9) Carrying Out The Required Examinations, Tests And Measurements And Submitting Complete Acceptance And As-Built Documentation;10) Performing All Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution, Completion And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Applicable Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Instructions Of The Supervision Inspector;2) Provide The Necessary Equipment, Materials, Personnel And Service Surveying;3) Proper Protection And Marking Of The Construction Site And Ensuring The Safety Of Road Traffic, People And Property;4) Securing The Existing Technical Infrastructure And Drainage Devices And Ensuring Access To And Access To Adjacent Properties;5) Carrying Out The Required Research, Tests And Measurements And Ensuring The Proper Quality Of The Materials Used And The Works Performed;6) Proper Management Of Demolition Materials And Waste, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations;7) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And Providing The Ordering Party With Complete Acceptance Documentation And Post-Construction;8) Carrying Out All Activities Necessary For The Proper Completion And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order.4.The Det
