1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Emptying The Ordering Partys Bins In The Amount Of 409 Pcs. With A Frequency From Monday To Saturday (313 Days In Total) And During Intervention Activities On Saturday, Sunday And Holidays (Appendix No. 2 To The Agreement - Table No. 2), B) Emptying The Ordering Partys Bins In The Amount Of 179 Pcs. Twice A Week, I.E. Every Monday And Friday (105 Days In Total) And During Intervention Activities In Saturday, Sunday And Holidays (Appendix No. 2 To The Agreement - Table No. 3),C) Moving Street Bins (No More Than 30 Times During The Contract Period),D) Adding Street Bins (No More Than 5 Pcs. During The Contract Period),E) Removing Street Bins (No More Than 5 Pcs. During The Contract Period),F) Removing Waste Around Street Bins, Within A Radius Of 3 M From The Street Bin,G) Undertaking Intervention Activities Reported By The Ordering Party And The City Guard Referred To In Section 2 Letter B Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz), H) Transport In At Least Two Vehicles With A Total Weight Not Exceeding 3.5 Tons And Transfer Of Collected Municipal Waste For Management In Accordance With Applicable Law. I) Maintaining The Aesthetic Appearance Of Street Bins In Accordance With Section 4 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz), J) Maintaining The Baskets In Proper Technical Condition, In Accordance With Section 5 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 7 To Swz), K) Informing The Ordering Party About Any Events Affecting The Performance Of The Service In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. The Detailed Location Of The Bins, Their Number And Emptying Frequency Are Specified In Annex No. 8 To Swz.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To Swz.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.Vii.Order Completion Deadline The Ordering Party Requires The Order To Be Completed Within The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.
