5.1.Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Maintenance, Technical Support And Development Of The Just Transition Fund Monitoring System (Sm Fst) For The Implementation Of Jtf Under Feds 2021-2027 In 2027. 2) The Jtf Monitoring System Is Intended To Support The Process Of Monitoring Entities And Participants Receiving Support Under Projects Implemented From The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia For The 2021-2027 Financial Perspective. 3) The Order Includes The Following Services: A) Full Maintenance Of The System In The Cloud Infrastructure Provided By The Contractor (Including Preparation Of The Infrastructure And Tests Before The Commencement Of The Service Provision) For A Period Of 12 Months From 01/01/2027 To 31/12/2027 (Production And Test Instance); B) Technical Support Along With Help-Desk For System Users, Provided By The Contractor During A Period Of 12 Months From 01/01/2027 To 31/12/2027; C) System Development, Through The Contractors Supervision Of The Systems Development, Consisting In Introducing, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Development Changes, Expansion Of Modules And Subsequent Modifications Of The System During The Operation Of The System, In The Period From 01/01/2027 To 31/12/2027; D) Preparation, Implementation And Implementation Of The Mechanism For Feeding The Common Database Of The Central It System (Cst2021) With Data From The Fst Monitoring System In Accordance With The Submitted Concept After Ordering The Work By The Ordering Party.5.2.The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 441(1) Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Possibility Of Using Additional Services Under The Option Right, Described In Chapter 38 Of Swz.5.3.Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In The Template Of The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
