1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of 3 Sewage Treatment Plants In The Zabierzów Commune, Divided Into Tasks - Part No. 1 Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Balice. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula Based On Technical Documentation In The Form Of A Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu), Which Was Prepared For Each Sewage Treatment Plant, Which Constitutes A Separate Part Of The Order As Part Of The Investment. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 A To The Swz, Which Consists Of: Annex. No. 1A1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Attachment. No. 1A2 To Swz - Pfu Balice Att. No. 1A3 To Swz – Kip Balice Att. No. 1A4 To Swz - Douś Balice. 3. The Order Will Be Executed Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Scope Of The Order For Part No. 1 - Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Balice - Includes At Least: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation - Preliminary Design, Construction Design, Technical Design, B) Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Covered By The Above-Mentioned Projects, Including: Raw Sewage Pumping Station, Mechanical Treatment Plant, Biological Reactor With Secondary Settling Tanks, Blower Station, Oxygen Sludge Stabilization Chamber, Sludge Dewatering Station, Scada Control System, Repair And Securing Reinforced Concrete Elements, Maneuvering Areas, Roads, Land Development, C) Providing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works, D) Construction And Assembly Works Related To The Delivery Of Designed Equipment (Technological Installations, Machines, Devices, Etc.), E) Delivery And Assembly Of The Facilitys Electricity Supply System, Measurement, Control And Monitoring System For The Operating Status Of Modernized And Expanded Facilities, F) Carrying Out Tests And Examinations Required For The Sewage Treatment Plant, Commissioning Of Devices And Installations Along With Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff, G) Preparation Of Documentation As-Built And Technical And Commissioning Documentation. 5. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Active Sewage Treatment Plant, With The Obligation To Ensure Its Continuity Of Operation.
