1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices And Elements Of Fire Protection Systems Along With Their Replacement, Assembly, Connection, Configuration, Programming And Commissioning, In The Cases Provided For In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), As Well As The Performance Of Necessary Diagnostic, Service And Repair Activities. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Remove The Identified Faults And Restore The Proper Technical And Functional Efficiency Of Devices And Systems To The Extent Covered By This Order And Resulting From The Performed Works. Works. The Works Will Be Performed On Existing, Used Fire Protection Systems In The Facilities Of The Silesian Museum In Katowice. The Order Includes A Guaranteed Scope And Non-Guaranteed Scopes, The Implementation Of Which Depends On The Ordering Party Exercising The Option Right. The Order Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Basic Order Stage 1 - Guaranteed, Including: A) Repair Of The Bosch Praesideo Stage I Dso System, B) Delivery Of A Network Micromodule For The Ssp System, C) Repair Of The Rdd1 Control Panel Controller And Replacement Of The Electromagnetic Gripper Of The Smoke Removal System, D) Replacement Of Control Panels For Ak Roller Fire Doors, E) Repair Of Elements Of The Smoke Removal And Aeration System In The Scope Of Replacement Power Supply For The Smoke Exhaust System, Monitoring And Control Modules Of The Omega 3 C2300c Control Panel And Elements Of The Control System For The Staircase Aeration Fan No. 9; - Hereinafter Referred To As Stage 1; 2) Stage 2 - Non-Guaranteed Scope Of The Basic Order Covered By The Option Right, Specified In The Opz For Stage Ii Of The Bosch Praesideo Dso System, Hereinafter Referred To As Stage 2; 3) Optional Order Stage 3 - Non-Guaranteed, Including: A) Repair Of Elements Of The Smoke Exhaust And Aeration System, Including Conditional Scopes Under The Option Law Indicated In The Opz, The Implementation Of Which Requires Confirmation Of The Need For Their Implementation As A Result Of Diagnostics And A Separate Declaration Of The Ordering Party, B) Delivery And Replacement Of The Casing Of The Ak Ei60 Roller Fire Gate Along With Adjustment And Functional Tests, C) Delivery Of Elements For The Repair Of Fire Doors And Comprehensive Replacement Of Selected Fire Protection Products, - Hereinafter Referred To As Stage 3.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Within The Following Deadlines: 1) Basic Order Stage 1 - Repair Of The Bosch Praesideo Dso System Stage I - Within 6 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; 2) Basic Order Stage 1 - Delivery Of A Network Micromodule For The Ssp System Within 6 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract; 3) Basic Order Stage 1 - Repair Of The Rdd1 Control Panel Controller And Replacement Of The Electromagnetic Gripper - Within 11 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Conclusion Of The Contrac
