The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters.7.The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused And Not Displayed At Exhibitions Or Fairs, And Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
