The Order Will Cover The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders At Their Place Of Residence In The Gostynin Commune In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 3,100 Clock Hours Per Year On All Days Of The Week, In The Period From January 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026. The Number Of Hours May Change And Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specific Nature Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Changing Customer Needs Resulting Mainly From Their Changing Health Condition. The Ordering Party Reserves That It Will Not Bear Any Liability If Only Part Of The Above. Hours Will Be Implemented. The Order Covers The Provision Of Specialist Care Services For People With Mental Disorders At Their Place Of Residence In Accordance With Article 18 Section 1 Point 3 And Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), And On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816), As Well As The Guidelines Of The Masovian Voivodeship Regarding Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders, Which Were Published On The Website Of The Provincial Office In Warsaw. Specialized Care Services Are Intended For: 1. Adults With Disorders Listed In Art. 3 Point 1 Of The Act On Mental Health Protection: Mentally Ill (Displaying Psychotic Disorders); Mentally Disabled; Persons Showing Other Serious Disturbances Of Mental Functions Which, According To The State Of Medical Knowledge, Are Classified As Mental Disorders, And This Person Requires The Form Of Assistance And Care Necessary To Live In A Family Or Social Environment,
