Tenders Are Invited For Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Wieniawa Commune And From Pszokin 2027

The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing In The Wieniawa Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Organized And Run By The Contractor) In 2027. Organization And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Wieniawa Commune Or Outside It, At A Distance Of No More Than 15 Km From The Border, Measured In Accordance With Point Ii.3 Of The Opz, Including Obtaining The Necessary Permits. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude, At His Own Expense, A Third Party Liability Insurance Contract For The Activities Related To The Subject Of This Contract In The Amount Of At Least Pln 300,000.00 Of The Guarantee Sum. The Insurance Contract Should Include Civil Liability For Damage Caused By Subcontractors. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Contract). The Quantities In Tables A And B Of Annex No. 3A Are The Estimated Basis For The Valuation. It Is Allowed To Reduce The Quantity Of A Given Item And Increase Another Item To 150% Of Its Estimated Quantity, Only Within The Unused Maximum Gross Remuneration. Shifts May Concern Items In Both Tables, Also Between Tables A And B, Pursuant To § 4 Section 4-4B Of The Contract. They Do Not Increase The Amount Of The Entire Contract Or Cover New Types Of Waste, Uninhabited Properties Or Services Outside The Opz. Transfers Are Triggered By The Ordering Partys Binding Instruction In Accordance With § 4 Section 4A, Without The Contractors Separate Consent And Without An Annex. No Option Rights Are Provided For. The Maximum Salary Does Not Increase Due To Transfers; § 4A And § 14 Of The Agreement Regarding Changes Required By Law Apply Separately.
