The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision By The Contractor Of: 1) Occupational Medicine Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Mp), Consisting In Providing Preventive Health Care To The Employers Employees And Persons Hired For Work, To The Extent Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Private Medical Care Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Pom), Consisting In Providing Health Services To Employees Who Joined Pom And Their Family Members Registered By Them, As Part Of The Basic Package And Extended Variants, On The Terms Specified In Chapter Iv Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annexes No. 1A And 1B To Opz, In The Form Of A Medical Subscription Or - In Accordance With The Contractors Offer - In The Insurance Formula, However, Joining Pom Is Voluntary And Based On The Employees Individual Decision.3.
