The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Consumption Points According To Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Supply Of Gas Fuel With Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Facilities, Fuel Demand Amounting To 1,166,116 Kwh (Basic Order).2.During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel By Up To +/- 10% In Relation To The Amount Of Gas Fuel Indicated In Section 4.1. The Increase Will Be Based On The Option Law. The Principles, Scope And Method Of Using The Above By The Ordering Party Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Section 3 And 4.3. The Ordering Party Submitted A Declaration By The Gas Fuel Recipient On The Intended Use Of The Gas Fuel Referred To In Art. 62Ba Section 2 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law - Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. On This Basis, Ppg Covered By The Statements In Question Will Be Settled According To The Prices Resulting From The Applicable Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office.
