The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Renovation Works On The Main Stairs And Basement Rooms In The Building Of Kindergarten No. 30 (Zsip No. 2). The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular:A. Main Stairs: 1.Demolition And Preparatory Works: O Dismantling Of The Existing Granite Cladding Of Steps And Platforms With The Recovery Of Material For Re-Installation. O Removing Concrete Irregularities (Up To 5 Cm) On Walls And Floors And Cleaning The Subfloor.2.Construction And Repair Works: O Filling The Gaps In Reinforced Straight Stairs Made Of Monolithic Concrete (Including Formwork).3.Insulation And Cladding:O Installation Of Horizontal Waterproofing With Flexible Sealing Muds (Applied By Hand).O Installation Of Straight Steps And Floors With Recycled Granite Cladding.O Installation Of Cladding For Columns, Columns, Plinths, Caps And Steps With Supplementation Of Missing Elements From New Flamed Granite.O Installation Of Prefabricated Terrazzo Cladding Elements.4.Finishing Works: O Cleaning/Washing Concrete And Terrazzo Floors And Their Matting Impregnation. B. Basement: 1.Plastering And Preparatory Works: O Removal Of Damaged Cement-Lime Plasters On Walls, Ceilings, Flights And Stair Landings. O Fungal Removal And Disinfection Of Wall Surfaces. O Replenishment Of Internal Plasters Of Category Iii With Cement Mortar On A Brick/Block Base.2.Painting Works: O Priming The Substrate. O Painting The Internal Surfaces Twice With Emulsion Paints.3.Drainage: O Construction Of Linear Drainage (1.3 M Long Trough) With Connection To A Well (Approx. 7 M Long Canal) And Reconstruction/Supplementation Of The Surface.4. General Requirements For The Execution Of Works:• The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Construction Law, Technical Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Occupational Health And Safety.• Recovered Materials (Granite) Must Be Protected Against Damage And Reused In Accordance With The Scope.• Newly Incorporated Materials Must Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Performance Properties.
