The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order From: 1) Real Estate Located In The Spytkowice Commune, Where Residents Live, And Summer Houses Or Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes Only For Part Of The Year, Covered By The Municipal Municipal Waste Management System, 2) Selective Collection Point Municipal Waste, 34-745 Spytkowice 550E3) Spytkowice Commune Office Building, 34-745 Spytkowice 26 In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), Provisions Of Resolution No. Lxxxi/1191/24 Of The Assembly Of The Małopolskie Voivodeship Of March 25, 2024 Regarding The Waste Management Plan Of The Małopolska Voivodeship For 2023-2028, Resolution No. Xiii/76/25 Of The Spytkowice Commune Council Of May 28, 2025 On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Spytkowice Commune And Resolution No. Xiii/70/19 Of The Spytkowice Commune Council Of December 19, 2019 On The Detailed Method And Scope Of Providing Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, In Exchange For A Fee Paid By The Property Owner For Municipal Waste Management.
