The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Called Provision Of Postal And Courier Services For The City Hall In Jasło.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services To The Jasło City Hall In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items (Letter Items, Parcels) And Courier Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Possible Returns Of Registered Items After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular: A) The Act Of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640), B) The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 572), C) The Act Of November 17, 1964, Code Of Civil Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1568), D) Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About Postal Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474), E) International Postal Regulations As Well As In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1026), F) The Act Of November 18, 2020 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1045, As Amended)G) Other Legal Acts Related To The Provision Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Proceedings.3.Postal Items Which Are The Subject Of The Order Are Understood To Mean Letter Items And Postal Parcels With The Weight And Dimensions Specified For Universal Services. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Parcel Delivery Services To Each Address Indicated By The Ordering Party In Poland And Abroad In Accordance With The Content Of The Agreements Concluded With The Universal Postal Union.5.The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, During The Execution Of The Contract, Has A Transmitting And Receiving Facility In Jasło, Open On All Working Days, Including Afternoon Hours. The Necessary Condition Is To Have One Point In Each Commune In Poland. Having Additional Branches In The City Of Jasło Will Be Additionally Scored - Offer Evaluation Criterion.6.The Infrastructure Of Collection Facilities/Points Should Ensure Protection Of Shipments Against Unauthorized Access And The Security Of Personal Data And Correspondence.7.A Post Office Located In Premises Where Other Business Activities Are Conducted Must Have A Separate Customer Service Desk For Postal Services, Clearly Marked With The Name And Logo Of The Contractor.8.In The Branch, The Customer Must Be Able To Enter The Room, Customer Service Through An External Window Is Not Allowed, And It Is Unacceptable To Provide Customer Service In A Branch That Also Trades In Products Intended For People Over 18 Years Of Age, E.G. Alcohol, Cigarettes.9.The Shipments Will Be Sent By The Ordering Party In An Orderly Condition, Together With A Quantitative Summary In The Case Of Unregistered Shipments And A List Detailing T
