The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 4 Parts: Part 1 Delivery Of 20 Electric Beds For The Social Welfare Home In Gniezno 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Specifies The Minimum Required Quality And Technical/Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet. The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Or With Higher Parameters.4.The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty On The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months. The Warranty Period Begins From The Date Of Final Receipt Of Delivery. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Part Xviii Of The Swz.
