The Subject Of The Order Is The Lease Of 2 Critical Parameter Analyzers Along With The Successive Delivery Of Fluids And Accessories For Determinations For A Period Of 24 Months For The Needs Of Szpital Na Wyspie Sp. Z O. O. In Żary In The Scope Of: Task 1 - Lease Of A Critical Parameters Analyzer Intended For The Clinical Intensive Care Unit With The Successive Delivery Of Fluids And Accessories To Perform 300 Tests/Month Over A Period Of 24 Months. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of: A) Lease Of A Critical Parameters Analyzer With Full Service Support Described In Detail In Annex No. 2 B) Successive Delivery Of Fluids And Accessories For The Analyzer Necessary To Perform The Determinations - Annex 1 To This Request For Quotation. Task 2 - Lease Of A Critical Parameters Analyzer For The Laboratory Diagnostics Department With The Successive Delivery Of Fluids And Accessories To Perform 400 Tests/Month And 70 Capillaries/Month Within A Period Of 24 Months.
