The Subject Of The Order Is The Monitoring And Control Service Of Supporting Activities Carried Out By Regional Operators As Part Of The Government Program For Equalizing Educational Opportunities For Children And Youth Friendly School In The Years 2025-2027, Hereinafter Referred To As The Program. The Program Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027, Measure 04.17 School For All.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Documentation Necessary To Monitor And Control Supporting Activities Implemented By Regional Operators (Including Monitoring Cards And Control Cards), 2) Monitoring Of Supporting Activities Implemented By Regional Operators In 16 Voivodeships, On The Sample Specified In Chapter Iii, Section 3 Opz,3) Carrying Out Inspections Of Regional Operators (4 Inspections), Including Inspection Of Documentation On The Implementation Of Supporting Activities, Inspection Of Compliance With The Principle Of No Double Financing, Equality Principles And Implementation Of Information And Promotional Obligations,4) Preparation Of Cards, Post-Inspection Information And Recommendations As Well As Verification Of The Implementation Of Post-Inspection Recommendations,5) Ensuring At Least Three Persons Responsible For The Implementation Of Monitoring Activities And Inspections Of Supporting Activities Implemented By Regional Operators.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz
