The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop A Comprehensive Concept Of A Self-Balancing Energy Area In The Węgierska Górka Commune And To Prepare Full Design Documentation For The Indicated Municipal Facilities. The Aim Of The Project Is To Create The Basis For Gradually Increasing The Self-Sufficiency And Energy Independence Of The Commune Through The Development Of Local Energy Sources, Energy Storage, Management And Balancing Of Its Consumption And Production, Use Of Electricity, Heat And Cold, And Integration Of Key Facilities Into One Coherent Energy System. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular:- Developing A Concept Of A Self-Balancing Energy Area For The Węgierska Górka Commune, - Performing Energy And Balance Analyzes For The Facilities Covered By The Study, - Developing A Concept Of A Local Energy Network Enabling The Future Connection Of Key Facilities Of The Commune, - Defining The Concept Of Development And Integration Of Local Energy Sources, - Defining Assumptions For Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Storage, - Analysis And Integration Of Existing And Planned Cogeneration Systems, - Analysis Of Local Heat And Cold Energy Management, - Development And Integration Of The Ems Energy Management System, - Defining Standards Measurement, Balancing, Communication And Integration, - Analysis Of Energy Quality And Reactive Power Compensation, - Preparation Of Full Design Documentation For The Facilities Indicated By The Ordering Party, - Preparation Of Documentation Enabling The Subsequent Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works. Full Design Documentation For The Indicated Facilities Should Include Industries And Installations Appropriate For A Given Facility, In Particular Sanitary Installations, Hvac, Heating And Cooling Sources, Electrical Installations, Renewable Energy Installations, Energy Storage, Automation, Bms, Ems And Measurement Systems. The Scope Of Full Design Documentation Does Not Include The Design Of The Local Energy Network Connecting Individual Facilities Of The Commune. In Relation To This Infrastructure, The Subject Of The Order Is To Develop A Concept, Determine The Directions Of Connections, Technical, Measurement And Functional Requirements And Prepare Guidelines For A Future Project. The Final List Of Facilities And The Scope Of Design Documentation For Individual Facilities Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Results Of Analyzes And Arrangements Carried Out As Part Of The Study.
