The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete, Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of Works For The Following Tasks: 1) Construction Of A Pedestrian Road Along Dw No. 992 In The Town Of Łężyny, From Km 10+910 To Km 11+465, Right Side.2) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Within Dw No. 992 In Kąty, From Km 21+960 To Km 22+505, Right Side.3) Construction Of The Kiss & Ride Bay At The Primary School Within Dw No. 992 In The Town Of Nowy Żmigród, From Km 16+608 To Km 16+651, Right Side. Separate Documentation Should Be Prepared For Each Task, Enabling The Conduct Of The Contract Award Procedure For Construction Works As Well As The Execution And Acceptance Of These Works. The Contractor Will Prepare A Construction Design Including A Plot Or Area Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design, To The Extent Appropriate To The Intention And The Requirements Of The Procedure. If The Investment Will Be Carried Out Upon Notification, The Contractor Will Prepare Complete Documentation Appropriate For This Mode.
