Tenders Are Invited For 24-Hour Security And Property Surveillance Service In The Facility And External Areas Of Aquapark Polkowice S.A. In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.

1. Subject Of The Order 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of 24-Hour Security And Property Surveillance Services In The Facility And In The External Areas Of Aquapark Polkowice S.A. Based In Polkowice At Ul. Młyńska 4, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027.1.2. The Service Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, From Monday To Sunday, Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period.1.3. The Contractor Must Have The Authorizations, Permits And Licenses Required By Law To Perform The Order, To The Extent They Are Required.1.4. The Service Includes Physical Protection And Supervision Of Property Located In The Aquapark Building And In External Protected Areas, In Particular In Parking Lots And Communication Routes.1.5. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Protect The Facility And Property Against Theft, Burglary, Devastation, Destruction And Other Events That May Cause Damage, As Well As To Respond To Threats To The Safety Of People Staying In The Protected Area.2. Detailed Scope Of Property Protection And Surveillance Services2.1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Properly And Diligently Perform All Activities Related To The Protection Of The Facility And The Ordering Partys Property, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Opz, Applicable Legal Provisions And Procedures Agreed With The Ordering Party.2.2. The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include In Particular: 1.Ensuring Physical Protection Of The Aquapark Building And External Areas Covered By The Order;2.Conducting Ongoing Observation Of The Protected Facility And Area, Including Parking Lots And Communication Routes;3.Preventing Thefts, Burglaries, Devastation And Other Events That May Cause Damage;4.Ensuring The Safety Of People Staying In The Protected Area And Responding To Noticed Threats;5.Performing Rounds Of The Entire Protected Area, With Particular Emphasis On The Building, Parking Lots, Entrances, Exits And Other Places Important From The Point Of View Of Security;6.Performing At Least Six Rounds Of The Area During Each Eight-Hour Shift And Documenting Their Completion;7.Checking The Security Status Of Doors And Windows After The Facilitys Opening Hours, In Particular After 10 P.M.;8.Controlling The Security Of The Facility After The Ordering Party Has Finished Work And On Days Off From Work;9.Controlling Passenger Traffic To The Extent Resulting From The Organization Of Security And Access Rules Applicable At The Ordering Party;10.Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Entering Rooms And Zones With Limited Access;11.Supervising The Movement Of Vehicles In The External Protected Area And Responding To Parking Irregularities, In Particular Blocking Access Roads, Passages And Entrances;12.Conducting Observations Of The Video Monitoring System And Reacting To Noticed Events;13.Supervising And Operating Entrusted Devices And Alarm Systems To The Extent Agreed With The Ordering Party;14.Immediate Reporting Of Failures And Irregularities In Mon
