Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Power Generators With A Capacity Of 300 Kw

1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Two Brand New, Stationary, Free-Standing Power Generators With A Minimum Power Of 300 Kw Each, Intended For Emergency Power Supply Of Buildings. 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2.Warranty And Warranty2.1.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Equipment And Assembly (Minimum 24 Months) - The Quality Guarantee Period For The Delivered Equipment And Assembly Is The Tender Evaluation Criterion, Described In Detail In Chapter Xi Of The Tor. 2.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Quality Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment And Installation In Months. 2.3.If The Contractor Indicates In The Offer A Warranty Period Shorter Than The Minimum Required Period Indicated Above, I.E. In Point 2.1. Of This Chapter Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Law.2.4. If The Contractor Does Not Declare Any Quality Guarantee Period In The Offer Form, The Ordering Party Will Assume The Required Minimum Period Indicated Above, I.E. In Point 2.1. Of This Chapter Swz.2.5. Mentioned In Point 2.1. The Quality Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment And Installation Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers, The Method Of Calculating Points Of Which Is Described In Detail In Chapter Xi, Section 3, Point 3.4. Swz.3.Equivalent Solutions3.1.If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. 3.2. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.3.3.If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
