The Subject Of The Order Includes A Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Transmission And Distribution Services For The Needs Of The State Archives In Gdańsk, In Three Locations: A) The Building Located At Ul. Wałowa 5, 80-858 Gdańsk, B) Building Located At Ul. Handlowa 11, 81-061 Gdynia, C) Building Located At Ul. Polanki 124A, 80-308 Gdańsk.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 To Swz.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.4.The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Transmission And Distribution Services Will Take Place Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43 - Energy Law), With Implementing Acts, Provisions Of The Civil Code, Principles Specified In The Concession, Provisions Of This Contract, The Contractors Tariff, The Distribution System Operator Tariff, And The Provisions Of The Act Of September 11 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended - Pzp), As Well As The Specification Of Procurement Conditions.5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Service Quality Standards And Quality Parameters Of The Supplied Electricity Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919).6.Settlement Will Take Place On A Monthly Basis, According To The Actual Consumption Of Electricity Based On Current Readings Of The Measurement And Billing System.7.The Projected Electricity Consumption During The Term Of The Contract Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Is Indicative Only And Is Used Only To Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Specified Amount. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase Both Smaller And Larger Amounts Of The Ordered Energy.8.At The Request Of The Ordering Party, It Is Possible To Reduce The Volume Of Electricity Specified In Point 1 In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To This Tor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Energy Prices Offered In The Proceedings In Question. 9. The Contractor Cannot Pursue Financial Claims From The Ordering Party (E.G. Compensation) If, During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Purchases From The Contractor A Smaller Amount Of Electricity Than The Forecast Amount Of Energy Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
