Re-Education Courses On Alcohol-Related Issues And Counteracting Drug Addiction, Referred To In Art. 98A Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of January 5, 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1226), Hereinafter Referred To As The Re-Education Course, Conducted By A Transport Psychologist* Or A Psychologist.2.Training For Drivers Violating Road Traffic Regulations Conducted On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of September 14, 2023 On The Records Of Drivers Violating Road Traffic Regulations (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 724), Conducted By A Transport Psychologist*. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out By A Team Consisting Of A Minimum Of Five Psychologists, Including Three Transport Psychologists And Two Psychologists. With Specialist Knowledge In The Field Of Alcohol And Drug Addiction Prevention. The Ordering Party Allows That For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor May Reduce The Required Number Of Psychologists With Specialist Knowledge In The Field Of Alcohol And Drug Addiction Prevention With Transport Psychologists In Favor Of Increasing The Number Of Transport Psychologists. The Team May Be Additionally Expanded By A Person With Specialist Knowledge In The Field Of Alcohol And Drug Addiction Prevention Or Knowledge In The Field Of Road Traffic Safety.
