The Contractor Provides Materials, Equipment, Transport And Organization Of Works, Including Securing The Area And Safety Of Road Users, To The Extent Described In The Documentation.7. If Discrepancies Or Ambiguities Are Found In The Documentation Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, The Contractor May Request Clarification Of The Swz In Accordance With Art. 284 Of The Public Procurement Law. Discrepancies Relevant To The Scope Or Price Require Explanation By The Ordering Party; The Variant With The Greatest Scope Or Highest Cost Is Not Automatically Adopted.8. The Required Minimum Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Is 5 Years From The Signing Of The Final Acceptance Protocol. A Longer Period Is Assessed In Accordance With Chapter Iii, Point 5 Of The Swz And Becomes A Contractual Obligation Of The Contractor.
