The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Called A Promotional Album In A Bilingual Version Prepared On The Occasion Of The Completion Of The Construction Of The Third Stage Of The Western Section Of The Second Metro Line In Warsaw And The Mory Technical And Standby Station (3+Stp Mory). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Preparation, Printing And Delivery In Paper Form And A Pdf File. To The Ordering Partys Office, A Promotional Book In A Bilingual Version (Polish - English). 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Part Of The Project Entitled Construction Of The Second Metro Line With Accompanying Infrastructure - Stage Iv Co-Financed By The European Union From The Cohesion Fund Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate And Environment 2021-2027 Program. Due To The Co-Financing Of The Project From European Union Funds, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To Apply Requirements Related To The Promotion Of The Project, Consisting In The Use Of The Program Logo In Documents Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Information About The Participation Of The European Union In Co-Financing The Project. In The Event Of Changes To The Rules Of Information And Promotion Related To The Project At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Introduce Changes In This Respect. Logos Used For Marking Will Be Provided To The Selected Contractor After Signing The Agreement. 4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Procedure Documentation, I.E. Swz And Its Annexes, In Particular In Accordance With The Technical Specification (Hereinafter Referred To As St And Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz) And With The Contract Template (Constituted As Annex No. 2 To The Swz).
