A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Equipment Offered.1.The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment To The Ordering Party At His Own Expense And With His Own Efforts In The Quantity Specified By The Ordering Party.2.The Order Must Be Performed With Due Care, In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations, As Well As The Terms Of The Order And The Provisions Of The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex 3 To The Swz.3.The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Actions Or Omissions Of Himself, His Employees And The Entities He Uses Or With The Help Of Which He Performs The Subject Of The Order.
