The Subject Of The Order Is The Establishment And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point For Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Przygodzice Commune In 2027, Including Accepting Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Residential Real Estate Located In The Przygodzice Commune Into Pszok, Managing This Waste In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In The Waste Act And Reporting. 2. Characteristics Of The Service: A) Receiving Selectively Collected Municipal Waste From Residential Real Estate Located In The Przygodzice Commune, Subject To A Fee For Municipal Waste Management, To Pszok; B) Management Of Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Delivered To Pszok By Transferring It By The Contractor Or Transferring It Through Another Entity Collecting Waste With A Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installation, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Procedures With Waste Referred To In The Waste Act. C) The Following Waste Will Be Accepted At Pszok: 1) Paper; 2) Metal; 3) Plastic; 4) Multi-Material Packaging Waste; 5) Glass; 6) Bio-Waste; 7) Hazardous Waste; 8) Used Batteries And Accumulators; 9) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment; 10) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste; 11) Construction And Demolition Waste (Consisting Of Bricks, Hollow Bricks And Concrete, Not Containing Contaminants Such As Asbestos, Wooden Elements, Ceramics, Foams, Plastics); 12) Used Tires (5 Pieces Per Year From Households); 13) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households As A Result Of Injecting Medicinal Products And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes; 14) Expired Medicines And Chemicals; 15) Clothing And Textiles.
