The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Power Generator For The Goleniów Commune Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 (Agreement No. 126.3.3.2026.Olioc.Z.). 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Entitled Purchase And Delivery Of A Generator Set On An Approved Road Trailer Which Includes The Purchase, Delivery And Commissioning Of A Brand New, Mobile Generator With A Silenced Diesel Engine In An External Casing Together With An Approved Road Trailer, As Well As The Provision Of The Required Acceptance Documentation: 1) The Generator Together With The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, 2) The Device Must Be Intended For Continuous And Emergency Operation As A Source Of Electrical Energy For Three-Phase And Single-Phase Receivers,3) Required Technical Parameters Of The Generator - The Generator Must Meet At Least The Requirements Specified In Detail In Chapter 5, Point 5.3, Point 5.3.1. Point 3 Swz.4) The Unit Must Be Equipped With A Brand New, Liquid-Cooled Diesel Engine, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Adapted For Continuous And Failure-Free Operation With A Generator Of The Required Power. 5) The Generator Must Be Equipped With A Brand New, Three-Phase, Synchronous Generator, Perfectly Matched And Adapted To Permanent Cooperation With The Offered Diesel Engine In The Full Range Of Its Loads. 6) The Unit Must Be Equipped With A Modern, Brand New, Microprocessor Control Panel With A Clear, Backlit Graphic Or Lcd Display Presenting Messages In Polish. 7) The Generator Must Have A Main Switch With The Number Of Poles Appropriate To The Network System Used, At Least 4-Pole, Ensuring The Possibility Of Disconnecting All Required Current Paths. 8) The Generator Must Be Equipped With Easily Accessible Receiving Sockets, Enabling Simultaneous Powering Of Single-Phase And Three-Phase Receivers. 9) The Unit Must Be Additionally Equipped With At Least The Elements Specified In Chapter 5, Point 5.3, Point 5.3.1. Subpoint 9 Swz.10) The Unit Must Have An Integrated Fuel Tank With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 350 Liters. The Tank Must Be Made Of Corrosion-Resistant Material And Suitable For Long-Term Storage Of Diesel Fuel. The Tank Must Be Equipped With Solutions That Reduce The Risk Of Fuel Entering The Environment In The Event Of A Leak. Solutions In Which A Single Damage To The Tank May Cause Uncontrolled Leakage Of Its Entire Contents Outside The Device Or Retention Basin Are Not Allowed. The Required Tank Capacity Should Ensure That The Unit Can Operate For At Least 20 Hours At A Load Corresponding To 75% Of The Prp Power, With Fuel Consumption Appropriate For The Device Offered.11) The Unit Must Be Intended For Outdoor Use And Equipped With A Soundproof Casing. 12) The Unit Must Be Mounted On A Steel Frame Adapted For Transport And Outdoor Use. 13) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A
