1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Completion Of The Investment Entitled Construction Of A Rural Community Center Building In Dębiany Along With The Development Of The Adjacent Area. The Task Includes The Construction Of A Rural Community Center Building Along With Technical Equipment Ensuring The Use Of The Building. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment, I.E. Construction Of A Building With Internal Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating. With A Heat Pump, Electric Pump With Photovoltaics And External Installations: Water Supply Connection, External Section Of The Sanitary Sewage System With A Sewage Treatment Plant, External Section Of The Electrical Installation (Wlz). The Design Of The Community Center Includes A Building On A Rectangular Plan With A Vestibule On The Northern Side And A Terrace On The Southern Side Of The Plot. The Designed Building Will Have One Above-Ground Floor And An Unused Attic. According To The Inventory Of The Works Performed So Far, The Following Were Found To Have Been Completed: Footings And Foundation Columns, Ground Floor Walls, Sand And Concrete Base For The Floors, Foundation Lining, Underfloor Sewage System, The Detailed Scope Of The Works Performed Is Presented In The Attached Inventory Report. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Were Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Is In Possession Of The Construction Log (Works Carried Out So Far Confirmed By An Entry In The Construction Log), Which It Will Forward To The Contractor In Order To Take Over The Function Of The Construction Manager And Continue Construction Works.
