The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Complete, Technically Efficient Medium Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4×4 Drive For The Źwiartów Volunteer Fire Department, New Or Used, Along With The Equipment And Documents Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz. The Vehicle Is To Be Authorized For Use In Accordance With The Regulations Applicable To Its Intended Use. Detailed Requirements, Approval Documents And The Scope Of Equipment Are Specified By Opz. Limit Parameters: At Least 6 Seats, Including The Drivers Seat; Mileage Not More Than 60,000 Km; 4×4 Drive; Engine Power At Least 200 Kw; Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2004; Water Tank Minimum 2000 L ±5%. The Remaining Requirements Result From The Agreed Opz. The Number Of Seats Means The Seats Allowed For Use In The Offered Vehicle After Installation, Confirmed By Registration Documents Or The Appropriate Approval/Homologation Document. Planned, Unconfirmed Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Seats Is Not Taken Into Account. The Limit Of 60,000 Km Applies Both On The Day Of Submitting The Offer And Upon Collection. A Vehicle With A Mileage Exceeding 60,000 Km Or With Fewer Than 6 Seats Does Not Meet The Terms Of The Order; His Offer Is Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Mileage Up To 40,000 Km Is A Bonus Parameter, Not A Condition For Accepting The Offer.3.4. The Contractor Offers One Specific Vehicle And Provides The Make, Model, Year Of Production And Vin. For A New Custom-Made Vehicle That Has Not Been Assigned A Vin, It Provides A Clear Designation Of The Manufacturers Version And Configuration, Including The Chassis, Bodywork And Required Technical Parameters. The Vin Is Provided At The Latest Upon Receipt. The Data Of The Offer Form And Technical Specifications Must Be Consistent. The Documents Submitted With The Offer For A Custom-Made Vehicle Concern The Offered Configuration; The Documents Required For The Completed Vehicle Shall Be Submitted In Accordance With Points 4.4 To 4.9. The Newness Of The Vehicle Is Not A Separate Criterion; Points Are Scored For The Course And Number Of Places In Accordance With Chapter Xiii.
