The Ordering Party Informs That The Task Entitled: Construction And Modernization Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land In Zarzecze, Register No. 161 - Stage Ii Is Co-Financed From The Agricultural Land Protection Fund From The Granted Subsidy From Funds Related To The Exclusion Of Agricultural Land From Production, The Budget Of The Marshals Office Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Funds Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Will Not Be Awarded To It.1.The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is: Construction And Modernization Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land In Zarzecze, Register No. 161 - Stage Ii.2.The Scope Of Works Includes The Performance Of One Task In Accordance With Stwior And The Attached Technical Documentation. The Task Includes, Among Others: Execution Of Preparatory Works, Substructures, Finishing Works And Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory (Road At Km 0+ - 0+560 - Section 1 And Road At Km 0+770 - 0+940). The Investment Plots Are An Existing Internal Municipal Road Providing Access To Nearby Fields And Meadows. In Its Existing Condition, The Road Has A Soil And Crushed Stone Surface In Poor Technical Condition. Basic Parameters Of The Road That Will Need To Be Constructed:• Width 2.3 M;• Total Length Of The Section 170.0 M;• Base: Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate, Fraction 0-63 Gr. 20 Cm;• Surface: Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Natural Aggregate, Fraction 0-31.5 Gr. 5 Cm;• Required Mechanical Troughing Along With Profiling And Compaction Of The Substrate With A Trough Depth Of 25 Cm.1) All Works Should Be Performed In Compliance With The Provisions Of Opinions, Decisions, Conditions, Etc. Obtained As Part Of The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of This Documentation.2) In The Event Of Damage To Any Of The Above-Mentioned Networks Or As A Result Of The Consequences Of Carrying Out The Works In Question, The Contractor Will Bear Any Resulting Costs.3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation For The Ordering Party.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Project Is Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
