Cmentarna In Sulejów (On The Section From Przydziałki Street To Plot No. 103) Along With Branches To The Borders Of Adjacent Properties. The Investment Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. As Part Of The Order, The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: • Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Including Construction Design, Technical Design And Geotechnical Opinion) On Updated Maps. • Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Arrangements And A Valid Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Construction Works. • Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewer With A Length Of Approx. 488.20 Meters (Preferred Using The Trenchless Method - Directional Drilling) And 34 Side Outlets, Along With The Installation Of Inspection Wells. • Reconstruction Of The Area And Any Damaged Surfaces To Their Original Condition. • Providing Comprehensive Surveying Services And Preparing As-Built Documentation. • Performing Authors Supervision During The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. All Costs Necessary For The Correct And Complete Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (Including Design Work, Administrative Fees, Earthworks And Assembly, Surveying Services, Transport, Site Restoration) Must Be Included In The Lump-Sum Offer Price.
