1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Operating Leasing Of A Brand New Truck Intended For The Collection And Disposal Of Municipal Waste. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Offered Vehicle Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3.The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Ready For Operation And Have All The Required Documents Allowing It To Be Traded And Used. 4. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Generally Applicable Standards And Norms Adopted For This Type Of Devices, Be Approved For Trading And Use In Poland And The Eu, And Meet The Requirements Of Swz. 5. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. 6. Basic Leasing Data: Duration 60 Months, Including Initial Rent Of 20% And 59 Monthly Leasing Installments, Fixed Interest Rate, Purchase Amount Of 15%, Leasing In Pln.7.After The Expiry Of The Leasing Contract, After Paying The Last Leasing Rent, The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Purchase The Leased Property Provided That It Repays All Receivables Under The Leasing Contract.8.The Leasing Rent Will Be Paid Monthly. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Pay The Leasing Rent In Accordance With The Financial Schedule Constituting An Integral Part Of The Leasing Agreement.9.The Ordering Party Does Not Expect Any Additional Costs Of The Leasing Contract. The Leasing Installment Should Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Leasing Contract, Including: Commissions, Handling Fees And Other Bank Fees. 10. The Ordering Party Accepts The Possibility Of Paying Interest For Delay In Payment Of Installments And Fees For Non-Standard Contract Service Resulting From The Table Of Fees And Commissions Or Another Document Of A Similar Nature.11.The Ordering Party Informs The Contractor That It Will Insure The Subject Of The Order On Its Own. The Cost Of The Insurance Premium Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party. Additionally, The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of Insurance For The Subject Of The Order Will Include: 1) Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance For Motor Vehicle Owners (Oc). 2) Auto-Casco Insurance (Ac). The Scope Of Auto-Casco Insurance Will Include At Least The Following Provisions: A) Extension Of The Scope To Include Theft Of The Vehicle, Its Parts Or Equipment, B) The Sum Insured Of The Leased Item Will Be Determined According To The Purchase Invoice Or The Market Value Of The Vehicle In The Net Amount. 3) Personal Accident Insurance (Nnw).12.The Subject Of The Order (Subject Of Leasing) Will Be Covered By Insurance From The Date Of Its Registration.13.The Ordering Party Informs The Contractor That The Beneficiary Of The Policy (Insured) Will Be The Contractor (Lessor - Owner Of The Subject Of The Order).14.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Data For The Purposes Of Insuring The Subject Of The Order.15.The Contractor Is Obliged, No Later Than On The Day Of Conclusion Of The Contract, To Pr
