The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Retention Reservoir In Kamieńsk Located On Plot 32, District 0004 Along With Surveying Services. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Technical Description Of The Scope Covered By The Proceedings And The Design Documentation (Construction, Technical And Executive Design - Parts Of The Projects Regarding The Retention Reservoir) And Stwior Constituting An Annex To This Contract. Note: Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Has An Informational Function Only. And Does Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Price By The Contractor. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works, Even If They Are Not Included In The Attached Bill Of Quantities, If They Are Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Design Documentation.
