The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Implementation Documentation And, On Its Basis, The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of An Outdoor Stage With A Roof And Audience As Well As Other Necessary Infrastructure For Plot No. 833/6 In Wawrzeńczyce. The Aim Of The Project Is To Adapt The Area In The Center Of The Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Commune To The Needs Of Creating An Entertainment And Recreation Area For The Communes Inhabitants.2. The Order Is Intended To Shape The Area In The Vicinity Of The Administrative And Service Center Of Wawrzeńczyce, Taking Into Account The Need To Organize And Improve The Aesthetic And Functional Quality Of Public Spaces, Using Solutions That Favor The Increase In Tourist Traffic And Increase The Activity Of The Local Community.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Design, Obtain All Necessary Consents, Build And Equip The Point In Accordance With The Ffu Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.
