1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Brusy Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Services Consisting In Clearing Snow From Roads In Order To Maintain Passability And Maintain Road Safety. Winter Road Maintenance In The Brusy Commune In The 2026/2027 Winter Season Includes The Following Tasks (Parts): 1) Task No. 1: Villages - Lubnia, Orlik Maximum Number Of Service Hours - 144;3.The Contractor Will Receive A Monthly Remuneration For Readiness To Intervene For Each Task In The Amount Of: Pln 500.00 Gross For Each Full Calendar Month Of Service Provision, Pln 250.00 Gross For Each Partial Calendar Month Of Service Provision.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Offered Means Of Transport (Equipment) Along With The Staff, No Later Than 90 Minutes From The Moment Of Receiving A Call From The Village Head Or Another Person Authorized By The Mayor Of Brusy. The Call May Be Made 24 Hours A Day And On Any Day Of The Week.5.The Contractor Must Have A Vehicle Equipped With A Hydraulically Adjustable Front Plow With Current Technical Tests And Third Party Liability Insurance. The Contractor Must Have A Number Of Vehicles Adapted To Clear Snow From Roads That Corresponds To The Number Of Tasks Performed.6.The Contractor Must Have At Least 1 Vehicle Operator Adapted To Clearing Snow From Roads For Each Task. The Contractor Must Have A Number Of Operators Corresponding To The Number Of Tasks Performed.
