The Subject Of The Order Includes Acting As The Contract Engineer For The Investment Being Implemented, Including Comprehensive Management, Coordination And Supervision Of The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular, Support For The Ordering Party In The Preparation And Conduct Of Public Procurement Procedures For Construction Works, Providing A Team Of Qualified Investor Supervision Inspectors, Quality Control, Compliance And Timeliness Of The Works Performed, Verification Of Technical And As-Built Documentation, Participation In The Acceptance Of Works And Settlement Of Investments. The Contract Engineer Will Also Supervise Compliance With Environmental Requirements, Administrative Decisions And Work Implementation Schedules, Monitor The Contractors Risks And Claims, Advise The Ordering Party And Document The Progress Of Work, Including Through Reports And Photographic Documentation.
