1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Brand New Light Reconnaissance And Rescue Vehicle For The Municipal Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Gdynia.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Containing The Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract, And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract, Specifying Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.3. Place Of Delivery And Actual (Final) Acceptance: If The Contractors Registered Office Is Located In Poland, The Actual Acceptance Will Take Place At The Contractors Registered Office. If The Contractors Registered Office Is Located Outside Poland, The Actual Acceptance Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Registered Office.4. The Actual Acceptance Will Be Preceded By A Technical And Quality Acceptance, Which Will Take Place At The Contractors Office.
