The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide A Service Called: Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The 2026/2027 Season Covering Only Roadways In The City Of Jawora. The Subject Of The Order Includes Winter Maintenance Of Roadways In The City Of Jawora, Consisting In Ensuring Passability And Limiting Disruptions To The Flow Of Road Traffic Caused By Snowfall, Sleet, Freezing Drizzle Or Winter Slipperiness Of The Road By Removing Snow, Preventing The Formation And Elimination Of Winter Slipperiness, And, If Necessary, Removing Snow From City Streets After Heavy Snowfalls And Clearing The Remains Of Winter Road Maintenance (Sand, Salt, Gravel) From The Road And Squares. The Contractor Is Obliged To Be On Duty With An Appropriate Amount Of Equipment With An Operator, To Keep Logs Of The Duties And Work Of Winter Street Maintenance Equipment, To Present Them At Any Request Of The Ordering Party, And To Submit Daily Reports On The Condition Of The Road And Squares To The Ordering Party. The Decision To Appoint And Cancel Duty Rests With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Appointing And Canceling Duty By Telephone Or E-Mail.
