Tenders Are Invited For Snow Removal And Slippery Removal Services On The Streets Of Białogard In The 2026/2027 Season

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Conducting Winter Action On The Streets In The City Of Białogard, In The 2026/2027 Season, Including Clearing Snow From The Streets And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness (Black Ice), By Sprinkling Road Salt And Roughening Material - A Salt-Sand Mixture. The Materials Necessary To Carry Out The Above Works Are Provided By The Contractor On His Own And At His Own Expense.2.The Streets In The City Of Białogard Were Divided Into Two Tasks, In Accordance With The Lists Constituting Annexes No. 9 And No. 10 To The Swz. The Streets Included In Annex 9 Will Be Subject To Winter Maintenance, Which Will Involve Sprinkling Only Road Salt With Road Salt, Using A Truck Equipped With A Snow Plow And A Salt Spreader. The Streets Included In Annex No. 10 Will Be Subject To Winter Maintenance, Consisting Of Sprinkling The Road Surface With Roughening Material In The Form Of A Salt And Sand Mixture, Using Tractors With Plows And Sand Spreaders.3.The List Of Streets Subject To Road Salt Application Is Included In Annex No. 9 To Swz.4.The List Of Streets Subject To Sprinkling With The Salt And Sand Mixture Is Included In Annex No. 10 To Swz.5.Additional Requirements:1) Streets Should Be Cleared Of Snow In Such A Way That Pedestrian Crossings Are Not Blocked By Piles Of Snow, Allowing Pedestrians To Cross The Streets Freely.2) The Required Quantitative Composition Of The Salt-Sand Mixture Must Contain 35% Salt, And The Mixture Consumption Must Be 100G Per 1 M2 Of Surface.3) The Required Consumption Of Road Salt Must Be 25G Per 1 M2 Of Surface.4) Activities Related To Winter Maintenance Of Streets Will Be Carried Out From 4°° Hours, Provided That For The First Time The Performance Of Activities Covered By The Order Will Begin After Prior Notification To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. Additional Activities (In The Event Of Heavy Rainfall Necessitating Repeated Snow Removal) Will Take Place: On Business Days (Monday To Friday) - Upon Written Or Telephone Order Of The Ordering Party, On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays - Based On The Contractors Justified Decision After Prior Telephone Notification Of The Ordering Partys Representative; Routes, Which Will Be Made Available To The Ordering Party For The Duration Of The Contract, Within 3 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Communicate With The Contractor (Mobile Phone) At Any Time Of The Day Or Night.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Insure Himself Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, Against Damages That May Occur In Connection With Random Events And Against Civil Liability Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep In Stock 100 Tons Of Salt And Sand Mixture And 100 Tons Of Salt Itself. The Amount Of Material Stock Intended For The Winter Campaign Will Be Subject To Inspection By An Employee Of The Public Utilities Department
