The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Installation Of Air Conditioning In The Gymnasium At Primary School No. 26 At Ul. Miedziana 8 In Warsaw.2.The Order Includes, In Particular: A) Detailed Design Of Air Conditioning Installations In The Sanitary And Electrical Industry, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) For Air Conditioning Installations In The Sanitary And Electrical Industry, C) Bill Of Quantities For Air Conditioning Installations In The Sanitary And Electrical Industry, D) Investor Cost Estimate For Air Conditioning Installations In The Sanitary And Electrical Industry, E) Information On Health And Safety Requirements (Bioz).3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Type And Scope Of Work Covered By The Order And The Requirements Regarding The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Document Entitled Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template.4.The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Have Any Archival Documentation That Could Be Used To Complete This Order. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Related To Architectural And Engineering Services In The Field Of Design Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.7.Pursuant To § 3 Section 7 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Conducted Business With An Insured Amount Not Lower Than Pln 50,000.00 (In Words: Fifty Thousand Pln 00/100), Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract.8.The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 20,075.08 To Finance The Contract.9.The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law10.
