The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of Neighborhood Services For Persons Indicated By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Tarnowskie Góry. The Order Includes In Particular: A) Concluding And Handling Mandate Contracts With Persons Providing Neighborhood Services, B) Ongoing Monitoring Of The Implementation Of Services, C) Keeping Documentation, D) Settlement Of Hours Performed And Settlement Of Remuneration And Public Law Liabilities Related To Mandate Contracts. The Implementation Of Neighborhood Services Is Carried Out In Accordance With Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance And Resolution No. Lxxiv/735/2024 Of The Tarnowskie Góry City Council Of February 28, 2024 On Determining The Detailed Conditions For Granting And Payment For Care Services And Specialized Care Services, Excluding Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders And Detailed Conditions For Partial Or Total Exemption From Fees, As Well As The Procedure For Collecting Them, As Well As Detailed Conditions Granting Neighborhood Services, Their Size And Scope And The Method Of Settling The Provision Of Such Services, Taking Into Account The Changes Introduced By Resolution No. Xvi/148/2025 Of The City Council In Tarnowskie Góry Of April 30, 2025 And Resolution No. Xxvii/245/2026 Of The City Council In Tarnowskie Góry Of January 28, 2026, As Well As Changes In Force During The Contract Implementation Period. Maximum The Scope Of The Order Is 12,000 Hours Of Neighborhood Services In The Period From February 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028. The Number Of Hours Of Services Granted To Individual People Will Be Each Time Adjusted To Their Individual Needs And Life Situation.
