The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Current Works And Activities Consisting In Cleaning And Maintaining The Proper Sanitary And Orderly Condition Of The Common Areas In The Medical Clinic Building Managed By Zbm And Cleaning Of The External Areas Around The Clinic. The Scope Of The Order Includes For Part No. Additional Requirements (For All Parts).1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Information And Descriptions On The Offered Range Of Cleaning And Disinfection Agents Used Are In Polish And Have Current Safety Data Sheets And The Required Pzh Certificates For All Preparations That The Contractor Will Use During The Provision Of The Service. The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Safety Data Sheets And Pzh Certificates No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract; 2) During The Implementation Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use: - Mechanical Devices For Cleaning And Maintaining Surfaces, A Steam Device For Cleaning Hard-To-Reach Surfaces, - Trolleys With A Container System (One For Detergent, The Other For Disinfectant), - An Appropriate Number Of Mops For Cleaning According To The Principle - One Mop For One Type Of Room (Separate Corridor, Separate Toilets); The Detailed Scope Of Services Has Been Specified In The Draft Contracts, Constituting Annex No. 9.1-9.4 To The Swz Together With The Annexes Thereto: - Projections/Situational Maps (Appendices No. 1 And 2), - Scope Of Duties Of The Cleaner (Appendix No. 3), - Hygiene Plan (Appendix No. 4), - Polymerization (Only In Part No. 2 - Annex No. 5). Contractors May Submit An Offer For Any Selected Part Or Parts Of The Order. It Is Unacceptable For A Contractor To Submit More Than One Offer In A Given Part Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Separately Evaluate And Select The Most Advantageous Offer In Each Part. A Given Part Of The Order Is Indivisible And The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer All Components Of A Given Part Of The Order Under Pain Of Rejection Of The Offer. When Submitting A Partial Offer, The Contractor Completes Only The Part To Which The Given Offer Relates.
