The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Field Kitchen With Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As The Kitchen Or The Subject Of The Contract) For The Needs Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław (Olioc).2. The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By The Code Cpv 44211400-6 - Field Kitchen And Cpv 39314000-6 - Industrial Kitchen Equipment.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Specifying The Type And Quantity, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which, As Annex No. 5, Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Agreement.4. The Kitchen Will Be Delivered To The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław. Delivery Will Take Place Between 7:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. On Business Days.5. The Contractor Will Deliver And Install The Kitchen Within The Meaning Of Section 7 Of This Paragraph, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.6. All Installation Works, Including Those That Are Burdensome, Noisy, Etc., Will Take Place On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Unless The Possibility Of Carrying Them Out At Other Times Results From The Employers Written Consent, Which The Contractor Will Apply For On Its Own7. Installation Means Commissioning And Preparing The Kitchen For Use, Including In Particular: Unpacking The Kitchen And Removing All Waste And Packaging Generated During These Activities, Installing The Equipment, Checking The Correct Operation, Including Carrying Out Functional Tests And Putting The Kitchen Into Use, In Particular By Conducting Instructions For The Staff Indicated By The Ordering Party.8. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Government Program For Civil Protection And Civil Defense For 2025–2026 And Is Subject To The Requirements Arising From The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907, As Amended) And Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 On The Approval Of The Program Civil Protection And Civil Defense For The Years 2025-2026 (M.P. Of 2025, Item 541, As Amended).9. The Subject Of The Contract Is Financed From The State Budget From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
