The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Hotel And Restaurant Services And The Rental Of A Conference Room For 100 Participants Of The International Security Session And Participants Of The Training Entitled: Artificial Intelligence In The Public Service - Practical Aspects, Data Security And Privacy Protection Organized By The Provincial Police Headquarters Based In Radom On December 2-4, 2026.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Agreement Be Implemented In One Hotel Complex With A Minimum 4-Star Standard, Located In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In Point 3.3.Place Of Operation: A Facility Located Outside The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Radom, At A Distance Of No More Than 150 Km From The Headquarters Of The Provincial Police Headquarters Zs. In Radom, Ul. 11 Listopada 37/59, 26-600 Radom, In The Masovian Voivodeship4. The Ordering Party Will Independently Verify The Distance Showing The Calculation Of The Shortest Route From The Kwp Building To The Place Of Service Provision Based On Printouts From The Website Http://Www.Google.Pl/Maps Designate A Car Route. If The Indicated Distance Is Exceeded, The Offer Will Be Rejected.5.The Provision Of Services Includes The Provision Of The Following Within One Hotel Complex: 1) Hotel Services Including Breakfast 2) Rental Of Conference Rooms 3) Restaurant Services.7.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Proportionate Remuneration To The Contractor In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Participants In The Meeting, However, The Reduction In The Number Of Participants Cannot Include More Than 20 People, And The Ordering Party Will Inform About Any Change No Later Than 3 Days Before The Start Of The Meeting. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer The Same Conference Room, Provided That It Does Not Impede The Execution Of The Order. The Organizer Of The Training Is The Ordering Party And The Ordering Party Provides The Training Staff And Training Materials. The Subject Of The Order Is Not Training Organization Service By The Contractor.
