Part 1. Purchase Of Teaching And Play Aids For The Kindergarten Ul. Świerczewothe Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Unloading And Bringing In Movable Items (Toys And Teaching Aids). The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In 5.1. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 Of The Order. Note 1! All Equipment And Furniture Must Have The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law, Enabling The Use Of The Equipment In A Kindergarten Facility. The Equipment Must Be Free Of Harmful Substances And Safe For Childrens Health And Safety. The Ordering Party Indicates That All Toys And Teaching Aids Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable National And Eu Law, In Particular: - Compliance With European Union Standards, Safety Of Use By Children (E.G. Compliance With The Pn-En 71 Standard Regarding The Safety Of Toys), For Electronic Equipment, - Ce Marking Confirming Compliance With Eu Requirements Or A Declaration Of Conformity Confirming Compliance With Safety Standards (In The Case Of Products That Should Have Such A Marking In Accordance With Legal Provisions) - Requirements Specified In The Safety Regulations Toys, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Finance Of October 20, 2016 On The Requirements For Toys Covered By The Provisions Of This Regulation. Note 2! Applies To Part 1 Of The Order: The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring The Toys To The Przasnysz City Hall, Ul. Kilińskiego 2, 06-300 Przasnysz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Partys Representative By Phone About Each Delivery.1. The Costs Of Delivery, Unloading And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Indicated Facility Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 2. The Delivered Item Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Free From Defects, Complete, Ready For Use, Without The Need To Purchase Additional Components. It Should Meet The Quality Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Acts, Have A Manufacturers Warranty And Should Meet All The Requirements Provided For In Applicable Regulations For This Type Of Products And Cannot Be The Subject Of Claims By Third Parties. 3. Toys And Teaching Aids That Require Batteries Must Be Included. 4. All Toys And Teaching Aids Must Be Made Of Materials That Are Safe For Children, Non-Toxic, Durable And Resistant To Mechanical Damage. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least: 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract (For Each Part Of The Order). The Quality Guarantee Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers.6.Other Conditions For The Implementation Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Chapter No. Iv Of The Swz (Appendix No. 4)
