The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service In The Form Of Assessing Referrals In Terms Of The Advisability Of Spa Treatment Or Spa Rehabilitation By A Doctor Specialist In The Field Of Balneology And Physical Medicine Or Medical Rehabilitation Or A Doctor Specialist In The Field Of Internal Diseases Or Family Medicine After Completing A Course In The Basics Of Balneology, Or A Doctor Specialist In The Field Of Rheumatology Or Orthopedics After Completing A Course In The Basics Of Balneology, Hereinafter Referred To As A Specialist Doctor, In Paper Or Electronic Form, The End Result Of Which Is Decision On The Admissibility And Advisability Of Spa Treatment For The Patient Or Lack Of Approval Of The Advisability Of The Treatment.2.The Forecast Number Of Referrals Covered By The Order Is No More Than 35,000 Pieces.
